Kevin Collins

Mr. Collins has 37 years of experience in business and finance including private placements, M&A, leveraged finance, distressed and special situations. During his career, Mr. Collins has served as a member of many public and private company boards and board committees, including internal investigations, in a diversity of industries and in challenging situations. Mr. Collins has extensive expertise in the fields of corporate governance, executive compensation, risk and audit committee matters.

Mr. Collins has been a member of the Board of Directors of Key Energy Services since 1996. He has been a Managing Member of The Old Hill Company LLC, a company he founded that provides corporate finance and management consulting services, since 1997. From 1992 to 1997, he served as a principal of JHP Enterprises, Ltd., and from 1985 to 1992, as Senior Vice President of DG Investment Bank, Ltd., both of which were engaged in providing corporate finance and advisory services. Mr. Collins was a director of WellTech, Inc. from 1994 until 1996, when WellTech was merged into Key Energy Services. Mr. Collins was also a director of Applied Natural Gas Fuels, Inc. from 2008 until 2012.

Mr. Collins is also a director of PowerSecure International, Inc. and Antioch Company LLC. Mr. Collins is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds BS and MBA degrees from the University of Minnesota.
